Now this is the life. I’ve been lusting for a boat for years now and if I won the lottery or got very rich very quickly, I’d get one of these for sure.
It’s 141 feet of pure luxury Feadship mega yacht. It’s got 4 double cabins (includes 1 master and 1 VIP cabin) and two twin bed cabins and all have private bathrooms. The boat’s captain has a nice double bed cabin and there are 4 twin crew cabins and these also have their own bathrooms.
This is called a yacht but it’s a complete luxury home that floats with lovely lounge and dining rooms. There are actually 3 different dining tables. For the behind the scenes activities, there is a laundry room with two washers and two dryers, a complete pantry with dumbwaiter to the galley, a separate galley and dining room for the crew, as well as radio room, engine room, etc.
The boat is equipped with a 50kva generator to supply all the electricity they would ever need. It’s also got a bow thruster and stabilizers to keep the guests from barfing over the rail. It’s got all the safety equipment you’d want in case of emergency. Finally it has its own sewerage system to keep the ocean clean.
What’s the price tag? $11,000,000 US dollars. It’s lying in France so it would cost another $100k or so to get it moved or you could ride it home!

Imagine a house like this with fantastic ocean views? Frankly I’d be happy with this kitchen if it was next to the rubbish dump. What a magnificent place to cook and be with friends. I’ll take some ideas from this one for sure.

Now I could be very comfy in this house as long as I didn’t have to maintain it myself!

This house really isn’t my style but the location could convince me to try it!
